Eligibility for Returning your order
Returning your order According to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), you can return products that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 14 days. However, the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Non–Returnable Items
Returning your order For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened E-liquid bottles. This includes bottles with broken seals or opened packaging. Once the seal has been broken, we cannot process returns or exchanges. We recommend checking your items carefully before opening to avoid any inconvenience.
Returning your order Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, contact us right away. We will arrange for Returning your order. If the product is faulty, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Please reach out to us within a reasonable time to ensure we can process your return under your consumer rights.
Returning your order and Refund Process
After we approve your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
