Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the specified Delivery Location within the agreed timeframe or, if no agreement exists, within 30 days of the contract date. If we fail to deliver on time, you may treat the contract as ended under certain conditions. If you choose to treat the contract as ended, we will promptly return all payments made under the contract. If you do not treat the contract as ended, you can still cancel the order for any goods or reject delivered goods. If the goods have been delivered, you must return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will cover the costs. We do not generally deliver outside England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. If we accept an order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes.
Risk and Title
Risk of damage to or loss of any goods passes to you upon delivery. You do not own the goods until we have received full payment. If full payment is overdue or bankruptcy proceedings occur, we may cancel any delivery and end your right to use the goods.
Customs Clearance and Charges
Due to Brexit, orders going to Europe may incur local duties/taxes, which you must pay. We are not responsible for issues arising from customs regulations, including if your order is stopped or destroyed by local customs. If an item is returned to us, you must provide an alternative address for delivery, and extra delivery and return costs will be incurred.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Withdrawing your order before the contract is made without incurring any liability. You can cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from the contract date, except for goods made to your specifications. To cancel, you must return the goods in undamaged condition at your own expense. We will refund the price of the goods paid in advance but can retain any separate delivery charge.
Right to Cancel
Right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party acquires physical possession of the last of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form on our website. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation without delay.
Effects of Cancellation
You can cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for supplementary costs arising from a delivery method other than our standard option.
Returning Goods
If you cancel the contract, you must send back the goods to us at Unit H9 Adam Selfstore, 4 Higher Swan Lane, Bolton, BL3 3AQ within 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You agree to bear the cost of returning the goods.
Conformity
Elux has a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Upon delivery, the goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known to us, and conform to their description.
Excluding Liability
We do not exclude liability for fraudulent acts or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

All goods are warranted on delivery to conform to statutory regulations.

Time of Order
Orders received before 3 PM (GMT) on working days will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery due to COVID-19. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless you have paid for Saturday delivery.
